I think if you ask a CEO what their number one problem is, theyll say, hiring and talent, but it wont be number one, right? Instead, if not delicately managed, it could cause future challenges for the worker who naively answered the questions honestly. Not only for my own company, interviewing people, hiring people, happy to let people go, managing recruiters, but then also, they felt by writing about it, because as a practitioner, Im not coming from a place of theory of, Oh, it should be this way.
